Your favorite wizard is back but this could be the final adventure. You see, Eric has spent the last 400 years in service to the Gods, but his time is running out and the Gods don’t seem interested in prolonging his life! Join your favorite wizard on his quest to grow the Tree of Life and, with the right help, maybe he can find some magic to extend his years.

And while it is true that this game is very similar to the Laruaville games, even down to the card game and the "spot the difference" scenes, this is not a negative to those of us who love Laruaville. It has good graphics, nice Music and a lot of Gimmicks. In fact I have found that I am thinking a lot here Except I am pretty sure they drop one in randomly if you have failed at a level several times because they don't want you to fail too many times. Playable in Relaxed, Timed or my preference Limited Moves it pays to read the field first before committing to that first move. You must help Eric restore the Altar of 6 Elements and heal our world. There are Stumps that contains pictures and a number. Often the goals are to collect a certain number of a particular token to clear parts of the board, but also sometimes if you gather them all too early they are the thing that brings the dropping rocks down, adding quite a lot of strategy to what you do. Another very important aspect is that you be able to move tiles while others are still falling. If you are a fan of Lauraville, you will love this challenging game as well. Add to this the tokens frozen in ice that needs to be matched to break it, wooden crates to break by matching alongside, armoured crates with only one vulnerable side, frozen coins that need fire to thaw them - the fire must be transferred from its seat to the frozen coin but can't pass through the water troughs!!! I love the spot the differences and the solitaire games. Thumbs up! The book shows you everything you need to know as well as tips and tricks.

This is a wonderful game - similar to the Laruaville series but I love them too. Taking different aspects Cubetastic each of the Laruaville games the game has moved forward with the times. I like fast moving games that I can play thru quickly and skip sections that Spellarium 4 don't care for. The graphics are great and the gameplay is smooth. All of the features are the same, but the graphics are way better, and you get to play mini games such as Spot the Differences between pictures and Solitaire. Argonauts Agency: Chair of Hephaestus love the spot the differences and the solitaire games. All games by this dev are exceptional, and I'm glad they finally released a new Spellarium, I highly recommend this game, enjoy! I know that a lot of people have Spellarium 4 that the tutorial is horrible on games by this dev, but they always include a Tutorial Book on the top left side of the screen. I don't care for that. I could be wrong about Spellarium 4.

The graphics are gorgeous, the music is unobtrusive yet suitable, and they offer timed, move limited and relaxed mode. I can skip the mini games unless I feel like doing them. You help the wizard reassemble the Spellarium. Matches of 4 tiles will earn you Dynamite that explodes to destroy those nasty ladybugs or set off chain reaction bombs, Matches of 6 tiles earn a Star that targets all tiles of the same kind as matched with. It's a lot like Cursed House which is also a great game. This is unusual for an M3 game and makes the game much harder because in many of the levels you need to grab coins remotely with rockets and rockets can be made only by making a combo. Perhaps the best too! The colored tiles are great and I used the tutorial even though I know the series. The others sort of lag or you have to do something to proceed. It also has faster play action than the others meaning that you can get to the next level quicker. Try it: you'll see how distinctive the tiles are, and how quickly you'll get addicted to what appears to be another fantastic game! Easy to start with but becoming more difficult as the game progresses Date published: The Spellarium has disappeared, causing our world to decay, so Eric the wizard has been sent by the gods to work with "The One On The Other Side" to fix that which is broken. The match 3 games are hard, but you do have power-ups to use.

I know that a lot of people have complained that the tutorial is horrible on games by this Aveyond 4: Shadow of the Mist but Spellarium 4 always include a Tutorial Book on the top left side of the screen. I've played it once and have started over again. When I saw the game come up I hesitated as I have all the others. You can play in Relaxed, Limited Time or Limited Moves modes, and I gotta tell ya, this is a challenging Match 3 game right from the get go. I play daily. Which direction you go is paramount.. I would have wished for the storyline that the graphics were more like in the laruaville games, it is a bit boring to see the same figure again and again telling us, that we still have to do stuff, but that's about the only complaint i have. This is unusual for an M3 game and makes the game much harder because in many of the levels you need to grab coins remotely with rockets and rockets can be made only by making a combo. It offers relaxed play, which I enjoy. It's a lot like Cursed House which is also a great game. The object of each level is to remove all coins, but in order to do so, you will need to make several Match 5's to receive Rockets that will go after targeted coins that are located on the outside area of the board! The colored tiles are great and I used the tutorial even though I know the series. If you are a fan of Lauraville, you will love this challenging game as well. Lava blocks that can only be destroyed by matching over its' source, likewise for the green mass plus gold drops, explosive liquid drops, keys to locks Spellarium is my favorite so far. It is exactly the same layout as the previous games, but this time you have to match the color of the squares. Playable in Relaxed, Timed or my preference Limited Moves it pays to read the field first before committing to that first move. Offering so many different aspects to the game-play I never become bored and can replay this to my hearts content. They nailed this too.

Easy to start with but becoming more difficult as the game progresses Date published: The one thing I really do NOT like is that you can't make a five- or six-combo by causing the tiles to fall into place - you have to place them in a five- or six- configuration yourself. I am now playing it quite a while, and behalve of the basic gameplay like there are obstacles etc. I enjoy this game immensely! I can skip the mini games unless I feel like doing them. There are always a few new features and they are always a step up from previous versions. The others sort of lag or you have to do something to proceed. It's a really fun but very challenging Match 3 game, enjoy! I am loving this one for covering all the criteria, sound, looks, smooth game play and skill.

It is familiar to other offerings in the series as to what to expect, dynamite, dropping fluid, rockets, fire spreading to frozen, mist, keys and locks, ladybugs, minigames and building a scene with your loot. I like fast moving games that I can play thru quickly and skip sections that I don't care for. There are people, who say this game is just like the laruaville-game by the same developer. You will need to make a specified number of matches of that specific tile to remove the stump that blocks areas of the board.

  3. The mini games are fun. You must help Eric restore the Altar of 6 Elements and heal our world. The graphics are great and the gameplay is smooth. Loved seeing the wizard again and helping him rebuild. Often the goals are to collect a certain number of a particular token to clear parts of the board, but also sometimes if you gather them all too early they are the thing that brings the dropping rocks down, adding quite a lot of strategy to what you do.

Each of these obstacles require specific items to destroy, you may need to fill bottles with liquid, fill in coins with liquid gold, move keys towards locks, move coin halves to make a whole coin or even ignite a cannon. Rated 5 out of 5 by Boomer from Fun Game This game was so much fun. For added variety the match 3 games are interspersed with Solitaire and Find the Difference. The new tiles are just so pleasant and eyepleasing and I certainly don't feel like I am rehashing any of the games I own again.

  5. It has good graphics, nice Music and a lot of Gimmicks. I do have one problem though; once I start playing I find it nearly impossible to stop - even to grab a bite to eat when I'm hungry. You help the wizard reassemble the Spellarium. Each of these obstacles require specific items to destroy, you may need to fill bottles with liquid, fill in coins with liquid gold, move keys towards locks, move coin halves to make a whole coin or even ignite a cannon. I played the trial version for about 5 minutes, just to make sure it played okay on my computer even though I've never had any problems with this series in the past.
