It would be nice to see a blend that will keep those who want more challenging HOPA games happy as well as satisfying those who play for relaxation and enjoyment. For the most part the graphics are very colorful. Sometimes when I finish a game, I ask myself: what next? The gameplay is nothing special, but professionally executed. When I get the full game I will take my time and work through it until I get it. Or, maybe one of the former Amaranthine Voyages? There are some things I enjoy about this game but the storyline was a bit confusing. Music themes from former Voyages and new tunes delivered a very fitting background. Still, I'm gonna recommend it. Background music, environment and effects sounds, as well as the vice-over narratives are all very well done. I have to admit the storyline broke my heart for reasons I won't reveal, although I was somewhat confused about when the bonus game takes place initially. I really like that particular puzzle and believe there will be others ahead. I mean, who could resist a ride on a tame dinosaur!

Still, I'm gonna recommend it. Amaranthine Voyage has not been a favorite series but I did enjoy the last game — Winter Neverending. Right now I have no desire to start another one. The dullness of The Burning Sky is another prove as to why Amaranthine Voyage has overstayed its welcome. As for the audio, the soundtracks are suitable and unmistakably Amaranthine and the voice-overs are up to standard. Well, I guess it should be no surprise that what Eve finds is even more than she imagined and will take on a journey into this latest game in the Amaranthine Voyage series, the Burning Sky. This really took me into this story which was very moving, sad at times, but with funny moments as well. Many more details made this game very enjoyable for me. A toe, no, claw tapping dinosaur in the intro got me interested; after the introduction and the warm up, the player is taken to a colourful land somewhere in time and space. Most of the time, they are well-integrated into the storyline and are of easy to medium difficulty. It would be nice to see a blend that will keep those who want more challenging HOPA games happy as well as satisfying those who play for relaxation and enjoyment.

The game offers four modes of gameplay to select when setting up the game — Hatchling, Fledgling, Mature, and Diverse Custom. Is it worthy of your free time? Loved the artwork and story!
