The colors are even more vibrant than before, and as always, the finished pictures you create are always recognizable and always labeled. You can earn a Gold trophy if you make no mistakes, a Silver trophy if you make one mistake and a Bronze trophy if you make two mistakes. This mosaic series is the best one and I always look forward to the new games. All in all, Fantasy Mosaics and the penguins are still a long-time favorite game with me. Sometimes it's easier to cross-off cells that can't possibly contain a filled-in cell, to reduce the number of cells and narrow the playing field down a bit. Perhaps the powers that be at Match Gems can put on thinking caps and come up with a new twist instead of churning out the same game every couple of months. Mosaic Griddlers may seem overwhelmingly complicated at first glance if you've never played a game from this genre, but please don't let these games intimidate you because they are really fun puzzles to solve. The only thing I would love to see in future games is that if we must stop playing at some point, we have the option to save the current board so that we could come back and pick up where we left off rather than having to begin again. I was expecting pretty much the same gameplay as all the other games in this series, but I was just astounded at the changes made to previous games. But this game goes so much farther than any of the other games in this series. Those crazy penguins sure know how to have a good time, even when they are alone and lost in the woods. It is much more interesting and challenging, I didn't want to stop playing. The problem with the 3 shape game was a glitch which prevented the completion of some grids and a patch was never issued. Sometimes it's easier to cross-off cells that can't possibly contain a filled-in cell, to reduce the number of cells and narrow the playing field down a bit. Way to go! You can choose from 5 different tile sets, ranging in color vibrancy and styles.
