In this one, Mahjong Carnaval 2 hard to tell Snackjack the pattern is supposed to form. There's rarely a story with these games, and I don't miss it. You need to earn at least 1 star to unlock the next level, and a specified amount of stars to unlock the next location. There are 6 eras or locations and each location has 20 levels. Could use timed mode or achievements to keep me interested. Picross Ted and P.E.T. 2 cells have Coins that can be used in the shop to buy the right to make a mistake x3, start out with 2 P.E.T., or refill the hints on that level, for a ridiculous amount P.ET. coins, up to 10, coins! The more advanced games would prefer maybe the multicolor Fantasy Mosaics. It's a simple grid gamegood for beginners. There are so many more colourful and challenging Iron Sea Defenders out there.
If you like the old fashioned mosaic puzzles like you used to find in pharmacy puzzle books, you will like this game. Nonograms FTW! I just finished the demo, and will "buy" it after the sale, with one of my many codes. Nor have I had any program glitches. After 3 boards I yawned and deleted it. It wasn't bad Just the same old old easy stuff. This version is just to darn easy that I hate playing it. There are so many more colourful and challenging griddlers out there. They offer a gazillion games, and the only thing they do differently from one game to the next, is change the title. The finished puzzle was a design, not a picture. I finished 75 puzzles during the trial. I just finished ZenGems demo, and will "buy" it after the sale, Robin Hood: Country Heroes one of my many codes. I play grids for the challenge- don't really care if there is a story or not. I suggest P.E.TT. you try Gizmos or World Mosaic series. PPicross would like to Solitaire Detective: Framed either more time to look at the image, or a tiny version of it on the Results window. Music is okay. There are numbers at each side, top and bottom of a graph board. I had no problem right clicking to mark blank spaces and the game played fine without crashing. The rest, colors, musci, story, pictures, is gravy on top, and in a pinch we can do without. If you like the puzzle aspect of these mosaic games, then I am sure you will be glad you did! While I agree that the screen presentation could be better one area where the penguin does succeed , I do not have an issue with seeing it and my eyes are not so young. I am enjoying this. You can earn up to 3 stars per level, a star is deducted for each mistake, you can replay the levels. I am up to level 16 so far and have not needed any clues. I'm not a fan of the games offered by this dev. Nothing else can compare. Maybe if 'FM' stops making games - lol! Using the numbers shown, fill in the blanks. I understand if it is not to everyone's liking, especially those who prefer Fantasy Mosaics with all the options I have a couple of those too. No story. As Ted and P. I have rated the game excellent for Level of Challenge because even though it is not difficult up to Lvl 16 I know how it will progress based on previous games from this maker. You were often forced to use clues, which was annoying.
The Valentine's and Christmas, they were good. As Ted and P. It is both helpful, and frankly, pretty, to have a "goal" other than not messing up. But not as bad as ealierr views! Same rules apply in this game as others of this type. But I did find the game entertaining in that it did get more difficult as you progressed. I suggest that you try Gizmos or World Mosaic series. What I liked: - No colours or storyline, just puzzle. There are several modes of play: Practice for Beginners, Practice for Experts, Adventure and one other I think - sorry!!! Just the same old old easy stuff. The only gripe I have is that the Xs are too dark, making the images hard to see. I do like the game and will definately be buying it.
