Ever since Mystery Case Files revolutionized the hidden object genre with the HOPA Mysterry in Return to Ravenhearstthe series sort of abandoned its hidden Collecors origin for the fancier adventure style. And what a fantastic storyline, plus very clever referencing the other games! While there are some adventure elements in the game, the majority of the game revolves around hidden object scenes. Games and puzzles were super-duper and a good challenge. So much better for me. Everything about this game is fun, the puzzles are not super hard but they still challenge and the graphics are great. I really like moving boxes into the right place with Victor. Fans of the series will also Atlantis Adventure the nostalgic aspect of Forest Mahjong game. The bonus chapter is about continuing on and finding chards. The female character was a hoot! The artwork and the graphics are certainly not as polished and as realistic as a regular MCF game, but this hand-drawn, cartoonish style is appropriate particularly for Rewind. The scenes are all necessarily in-jokes, and if you haven't played or don't remember the games 12 years back, you miss the reference. Games and Farm Mania: Hot Vacation were super-duper and a good challenge. Never get lost with the helpful strategy guide! I had so much fun with every part of Rewind. Thank You for making a nice MCF game, once again. And it's not creepy scary, at least not as far as I've gotten. Take the time to read the Diary and Charles' notes too - they're a hoot. Still, the callbacks to familiar characters and story. The Collector's Edition includes: Protect all the timelines in the bonus chapter! I don't like racing through a beautifully-drawn scene, for example, it seems like an insult to the artists. There is not much storyline but it does not matter as the gameplay is so brilliant. Am still waiting to turn right tho You will receive Blueprint sections for completing the HOG's and once you complete the blueprint you will complete a Puzzle to make the key to unlock the next door. Pros: the art recaptures some of the sly humor of Prime Suspects and Madame Fate, and nearly all of the characters, especially Charles, benefit from the cartoon-ization. Even the graphics are reminiscent of older games.
