The original was very good. I never cared for quest where you are chasing after someone or trying to find that person in order to attain something that was stolen, for example. I don't usually buy collector's editions but this one is really good and I, not only could not wait for the standard edition, was compelled to buy the CE. I absolutely loved Runefall 1 and it seems the developers really took their time to put out another amazing game. Note that your post won't be visible right away: our team checks it before we post it publicly. There is a rhythm to it that no other game has. Highly recommend!!! You can swap at any time, and relaxed still gets gold on full completion. Have already replayed this one and the original again. Excellent play mechanics, relaxing music. You can stop mid-level and save were you were an option not available in the original. It is not more of the same.

Its all just choice. One of my favorite match 3 series for very good reason. I absolutely loved Runefall 1 and it seems the developers really took their time to put out another amazing game. Runefall 2 fixed the weaknesses of the original version. Discuss with other players! I, along with a few others, usually agree with penmom's reviews. THIS version has fixed that. Note that your review won't be visible right away: our team checks it before we post it publicly. Runefall and Runefall 2 and also Silvertale are created along the same lines and fun games. Every level seems to have additional map quests which look a lot like the original Runefall. Thanks for that feature. I loved the first one, because my favorite genre is match 3; but I like the match 3 games, that are about building up a town. Map is greatly improved. I just wish this Runefall would have been about building the town up and doing quest, again. The dialogue - and yes, there is a lot of it - is funny and enjoyable; but if it's not your thing, just skip it.

I was thrilled when I saw "Runefall 2" appear, and Pirates Plunder it immediately. Can play timed and untimed. Not sure if it's worth the Collectorss price but it does come with extra levels. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by Alicun from Worth the CE designation I'm only at the beginning of playing this great match 3 saga. I love this it is so relaxing. You can stop mid-level and save were you were an option not available in the original. It Editioon play very smoothly, my first Gem Ball Ancient Legends floated around a bitand you are asked at the start Runefall 2 Collectors Edition each level which mode relaxed or timed if you leave that checked on the menu. Wish Runeffall were a "hints" option for example, how to find a particularly elusive Hidden Areabut I am definitely looking forward to playing extra levels.
The original was very good. You can skip Storyline if you choose, but it is kinda cute and humorous. Be the first to write a forum post about this game! Try Spelunking as well - very challenging but gets better as you upgrade the Lamp! It does play very smoothly, my first game floated around a bit , and you are asked at the start of each level which mode relaxed or timed if you leave that checked on the menu. Its all just choice. There are grassy cubes, mounds of dirt, and wooden boxes to destroy to navigate through a moving field of play. I played it for weeks! Write a post! I am impressed with the collectors editions extra. And I get the feeling, Rundfall is going to be a lot of game play in this one, just like the last one. Cant wait for Runefall 3! There are Kindergarten, wallpapers, a behind the scenes look, soundtrack, and 25 extra levels once you complete the main game. I love the fact that in order to move across the board Runefall 2 Collectors Edition have to make matches. The original was very good. You are asked in the main game also to unlock extra? There is always an extra bonus task on each Runefll as well Sometimes you may need to play a minigame to open things. That's where relaxed Best in Show Solitaire become good Sparkle Unleashed if you have a lot of side quest items to find as well as trying to match the sequence order at the top for more resources. I don't usually buy collector's editions but this one is really good and I, not only could not wait for the standard edition, was compelled to buy the CE. You can swap at any time, and relaxed Strike Solitaire 2: Seaside Season gets gold on full completion.
And now we have the added challenge finding hidden areas, more than in the first game. So much to explore in these levels. Things are set out well, and you have choices on what is set to 'on and off'. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by Capri66 from Excellent Match 3 Waited so long for this sequel and I am not disappointed, great game. The characters are a little snarky in a tongue-in-cheek way I liked it but you can skip the dialog. I don't know if they appear if you don't lol? Can play timed and untimed. There are grassy cubes, mounds of dirt, and wooden boxes to destroy to navigate through a moving field of play. I like that it asks you if you want to finish once you have the runes and bonus goal to find quest items or get a gold medal by fully checking and gathering everything. Nice story line, tough challenges, great voices, likable characters. The background music is pleasant enough. All in all, I recommend this game to those of us who love this particular type of challenge. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by evergreene13 from Same as before, but with SAVE added I loved the first version of this game, with its huge boards and multiple goals, but once you started a level, you couldn't save your progress, so you either finished it about 30 minutes, as I recall or exited and restarted that board later--not really compatible with the demands of real life. I'm not sure yet only on Level 7 about the value of the Collector's Edition, but so far this is the only version available.
