I am pleased to see the return of the Seer, Huntress and Skald not only because this Scandinavian epic continues but because the game itself holds my interest. The landscapes of the game are always changing and so is the feel of the game, which makes this sequel all the more interesting. Seems to take forever to get past an area and then you have to come back to that same area later. However, once the game picks up its speed, it is simply wonderful. From the very beginning of this game, we enter a strange new game world, where nearly every step is a mini game or a puzzle and many variable HOS give a helpful hand. Quite difficult at times but a long and challenging game. Happy gaming! Still, I enjoyed the demo and recommend the game. I am sure that many gamers will enjoy this game because it seems to be more of an adventure, quest type game than my favored HOPA type. Quality construction, imaginative story-telling, and attention to detail will get my money every time. For one thing in the HOP scenes the items are so much easier to find than they were in The Gathering. Even though this game is one that I really enjoy, as always, I suggest that you try the demo to see if Saga of the Nine Worlds The Four Stags is a game you will enjoy as well. I liked the first Saga of the Nine Worlds enough to be excited for this sequel, but I was concerned with the slow-paced storyline which may explain why this SE was released so soon. The landscapes of the game are always changing and so is the feel of the game, which makes this sequel all the more interesting. Everything from the graphics, the storyline, the animation and the puzzles blended together to make a cohesive experience. As long as the story remains strong the more the merrier. The few small variances didn't detract from my enjoyment, and I'm a Norse mythology enthusiast. For one thing in the HOP scenes the items are so much easier to find than they were in The Gathering. I would surmise that most people are seriously unfamiliar with Norse mythology so to provide us with this folk tale is brand spanking new to an overwhelming majority of HOPA fanatics. There are not very many hops so far in the demo ; there are plenty of different puzzles though. Hidden object scenes are somewhat different and unique at times. The background music remains quite subtle most of the time, but the variety is definitely appreciated and they do accompany the scene extremely well. The graphics are crisp, clear, and beautifully done. One other gripe is for the Dev's about letting us know what is expected when Foyr play a Mini-Game. I Fokr sure that many gamers will enjoy this game because it seems to be more of an adventure, quest type game than my favored HOPA type. So when I saw the beta for The Four Stags I asked myself why this developer even bothered to continue the series when the first game was so bad. It is the 2nd installment of the epic tale, where we were introduced to the world of Nordic gods and fight with humans and other creatures. Cannot wait for the next installment and just hope the fun factor remains as the journey continues Still, I enjoyed the demo and recommend the game. Yes, once again the thee starts off slowly with quite a Nibe mundane tasks to complete before it picks up momentum but fhe is worth slogging through all of those tasks because once the game gets going it is very, very good.

The balance between the nine worlds is threatened as the four stags are missing. The graphics are outstanding, voiceovers are very good, and we aren't inundated with hidden object scenes. Still, there is no denying that the puzzles are still very entertaining and well-integrated into the storyline.

The music is haunting and thematically appropriate, and there were no technical issues when downloading or playing. We should finally find help here and go on into other worlds.
