Offering tons of Hidden Object modes: Picture, Word, Silhouette, Spot the Difference, and many more! Play a variety of brand new minigames like Match-3, Card Memory, Jigsaw Puzzles, or skip them if you're not in the mood.

I would of course love it if it were a little more sophisticated and more of a platform than maybe just one room. I will be looking out for your "Next Installment"!!!! Some of the minigames are pretty fun. But the house decorating is a flop. This can be a fun game to play I guess if you don't have aging eyes like some of us older folks do. And I consider myself a seasoned hidden object and puzzle game freak. Pictures are clear but not that easy to find. Would've liked a review to warn me of these things, so I'm writing this. It keeps my attention because there are different games within the game. A very pleasant way to relax with enough added challenges. It's simplicity is marvelous. They try to offer variety with a combo of hidden object scenes and match 3s among other very typical mini-games - and some annoying ones, too , but the graphics are bad, the scenes play over and over again -- and worst of all, the room you decorate is dull with dull options. And I cant wait until more rooms, yards and houses are made. Wide variety of game types keep you interested. Don't enjoy always having to go from room to room to play the game.

I'm not sure why the one review I saw for this game said there are no choices for the decorating because there are a lot of Happy Clinic Collectors Edition and I actually liked most of the choices I was given for the Home Designer: Living Room. This isn't brain-teasing, it's just downright aggravating. Teeny weeny indistinct hidden objects in rooms with hundreds of objects on shelves, windowsills, etc. This is an old school game with new ideas and I love it. You cant go wrong with this game. Wide variety of game types keep you interested. But the house decorating is a flop. There are so many different mini games that they should appeal to almost everyone. The choices of decor are very good.

Pictures are clear but not that easy to find. I also didn't like that you had to wait to skip the mingames in between HO scenes.

But if you're anything like me and you sometimes enjoy playing a more simple hidden object game, this is a good choice.
