Neither annoying nor superior, I do not recall the music. Graphics are lovely, voice overs true to form - I am gong to love this game. I really enjoyed playing this game. HO scenes are regular ones, silhouettes, find similar items, and place items where they go. You can feel it in the gentle shading of the static backgrounds as well as the dramatic flair thrown into some of the animations. Most are interactive list finds, but there are also HO's where you open up packages that reveal silhouetted shapes requiring you to place items that match the shapes into the box. For this reason, I dropped one star. Not too difficult either, so good for family play. No Princess is complete without a sidekick, which happens to be a majestic Phoenix, who can break mystical barriers with the drop of a single fiery feather! The graphics are good, in fact better than most. The graphics were okay and the storyline had few surprises. If I tired of them, I was relieved to switch to a—not your typical match 3—a match 3 similar to Amazonia. I really enjoyed playing this game. I would rate it very high on just the fun factor. There was one glitch, the first time returning to the past you have to find mosaics and complete a picture, says you can turn the pieces but I couldn't get them to turn so just skipped it. Even a simple hammer is a two-part item that looks like human fists bound at the wrist. Some of the puzzles and HO scenes were a little different and fun. Throughout the history of fantasy storytelling there have really only been two types of mages: the wholesome, charitable ones, and the painfully evil ones.

Most of the early mini-games are well-illustrated but not all that unique. The story was not new but there has an interesting wrinkle with the elf boy and I am curious to find out how he turns out in the end. I would rate it very high on just the fun factor. The Princess won't have to fight this battle alone, a Druid will guide her through the spirits, but can he be trusted? I really enjoyed playing this game. I liked the bad guys and the pest or whatever he was, I think a rat that kept appearing. The Queen has one more story to tell us, this is the story about Grandmother Eleanor, and how she saved her father the King. Once you finish the Bonus game, you will unlock jigsaw puzzles of the scenes within the map as well. Even a simple hammer is a two-part item that looks like human fists bound at the wrist. Nothing really wrong with it but nothing really dynamic either. When all of the Chess pieces have been found, it unlocks a game of Match 3.
