The small town of Snowbird's Creek is famous for being a historical Klondike Gold Rush town, but now the town is divided on the new railway project that could make or break their little community. When the project threatens to close down for good, the workers go on strike, until the out-of-town railroad tycoon spearheading the project is found murdered. The suspects start piling up, but you must determine who really killed Seth Savage. Search the town and interrogate suspects with evidence to find the truth in this intriguing hidden-object puzzle adventure!

The only thing I would question about the CE's worthiness is that the entire game may be quite short if the demo itself is a mere hour, give or take. The CE package is very good with collectibles, morphing objects, achievements, a strategy guide, bonus chapter, souvenir room, other goodies and the ability to replay the HOPs and mini-games. CE extras - beside the strategy guide and somewhat short bonus chapter there is a souvenir room with 29 items, 13 morphing objects hard to spot! The storyline was a refreshing change from the weird fantasy type games. It's a buy for me for sure.

Date published: There are Interactive List finds, and scenes where you find 5 identical items in 2 different sections which give you an item to release the rest of the listed items such as a hook to grab the net that covers the inventory bar. Thank you Eipix for showing there is more to the gaming world than witches and goblins.

  2. Select arrows to move all of the keys which move until they hit an edge, obstacles or each other. Yes, the mini-games were fairly easy but some were more challenging. I had just played another EIPIX game where I had to assemble pieces of a drive shaft to rotate gears so I didn't find that particular puzzle as interesting as I did the first time I encountered it.

  4. The puzzles weren't very hard, at least as far as what I came across. There was just enough variation in the hidden objects I didn't get bored. Next time I'll have an idea of what to do. It made sense though and ended well. Just like the CE demo, it is challenging enough and keeps you busy.

The main game itself is fairly long and the story held my interest despite the items described above. This developer is one of my favorites and almost always presents an excellent, well put together HOPA game. However, most of them were excellent and not the type where you toggle switches.

This is the basis for the genre and it is not often that we see something different. I don't like all the "What could I possibly do here? Voices are pretty well acted, and the dialog was neither too little nor too much.

  7. Anyway, it is so colorful and flows so well that time went by while I was not paying attention, which is good when I need something to keep me from being bored. Date published: Liked the puzzles. There is nothing bad to say I love hidden object for sure. You had to search for the symbols, though, which involved different tasks like searching the foliage or matching objects you found in a particular scene.
