So, I decided to get a maintenance agreement plan with them. The agreement plan claims to have "priority" scheduling. Then, they go around your house to find other things that they have graciously called their manager about that is also in need of repair and for which they can show up first thing tomorrow to repair and for which you will be advised you "shouldn't wait. Of course, they didn't have what I needed in stock, so it had to be ordered. He shows up for this one, and he wasn't able to install it because he isn't trained on how to install this type of thermostat. Tuck, was very helpful in explaining all the options, taking almost an hour to run some tests in order to be able to better asses space and requirements. Two weeks later they sent a guy out because it still wasn't working right. That's 4 strikes for these guys, amazing, utterly amazing. While the technician is very competent the policies of this company are not customer focused. We called him and he told us how to turn it off -- which didn't work.

They have a few financing companies and the one we got stuck with is horrendous, and we ended up paying it off early so we would not have to work with them another day. Highly disappointed! Today, they did something that seems to be standard practice for them.

I told them it wasn't working right. Company should work on retaining customers at time of contact not after bad experience. They went above and beyond to help me out, I can't say enough good things them. DON'T trust them. Not the best customer service! However, I'm expecting the game to get more difficult as it progresses and that it will appeal to adults as well. I'm thinking this may change as the difficulty of the grids increases.   1. Then, after calling to complain and asking to speak to his manager, that manager never called. Are you kidding me? Didn't return initial phone call, then sent Chico after I called them again, only Chico was without a doubt the rudest person I've ever met, no joke. I realize service companies make mistakes and I appreciate the attention I was given after my Yelp review.

Tuck, was very helpful in explaining all the options, taking almost an hour to run some tests in order to be able to better asses space and requirements. Before work is done on the simplest of things replacing refrigerant in an AC I can hear the technicians on the phone with their "manager" on what they will charge. They have gotten so big they can't keep service call appointments, not even a call saying they will be late!

Today, they did something that seems to be standard practice for them. He was detailed in what he did as well as a suggestion or two without trying to " sell" anything.

  7. A few years ago, our AC quit during a degree week. There are also small clouds with lightening that appear randomly in the grid. I agree with the previous poster Anthony P. In each and every instance, there have been very aggressive push for repairs of parts that isn't broken but "shouldn't wait" , the sale of an extension of the maintenance plan, additions, etc.

  9. Much like Anthony, my house is relatively new and I had thought it would best to use the original HVAC installers for maintenance and repairs. I have never seen such aggressive up selling of stuff that is either made up or not needed. The goal is to extend the rainbow completely across the scene, using as many raindrops from the grid as possible.
