There is plenty of colour is some scenes and underground it is more darker and grayer. Has really appealed to me. The palette consists of a broad spectrum, and the different worlds differ more in style than they do in color or hue. The Hidden Object Scenes are mostly interactive, progressive silhouetted shapes where you find one item that matches the silhouette and use that item in the scene to expose the next item and so forth. Areas may have multiple exits where you can choose to take the one you just opened or work on opening the other and going that way. Once you have opened an area, you can choose variations of how you want to proceed and jump back and forth. Latter were fairly easy but some did require paying attention to detail. Huge game. The palette consists of a broad spectrum, and the different worlds differ more in style than they do in color or hue. It never gets boring, the storyline is the most in-depth of any casual game I've ever played. Travel by Map is another plus for me. There is a lot of detail in each scene, so be very active in exploring. Also enjoyed the "logical" game play. I actually kept the music ON in this one - very nice. Just solid portrayals of creatures spanning a wide range of mythology and folklore who have individual personalities, not everyone or everything is either a friend or the enemy. The horsemen are after a key that will allow them to control parallel worlds, and they'll stop at nothing to get it. I would definitely recommend this game. You can tell the developers took a long time to make this game and a lot of thought and effort has been taken. No scene is used twice. You do not have to travel in a predetermined line to reach your goals. There was no deviation from this.

  1. The one drawback I can see that some might not like is you have to go back and forth between places to do multiple things. See what our Beta testers had to say: "This game is going to set the standard for all future games. As with any game, play the demo, but be assured, there is sooooo much more. The demo is just the start. In so many previous games I had kept pressing the Hint button just to get the wretched game finished but this one I am enjoying the search.

You do meet him in the main game and he teams up with you in part of the game. You must also locate 35 missing parts of Maarons' Magic Machine, he's supposed to be a hermit but those parts certainly made their way around the Forgotten Lands! But that didn't bother me.
