  1. The hint system, for example, is functional but merely provides a text description of what needs to be done next. I even enjoyed the music - which I normally turn down. The graphics have improved although they were pretty good in the previous games.

  2. The puzzles aren't to difficult and most are fun. Is there going to be a fourth? Empress of the Deep 3: Legacy of the Phoenix from Silverback Games continues the tale from the first two installments of the series, with the malevolent Pandora harnessing the power of the Colossus and threatening to destroy the world. And now that this 3rd game has come out - I am really enjoying this. One or two of the main voice actors deliver cringe-worthy performances on occasion.

  3. The world itself often steals attention from the actual game, which is pretty standard in terms of design and layout. The first two chapters let you kow when an area is clear, Which I reallly liked; this version does not so you are occasionally left guessing. Empress of the Deep 3: Legacy of the Phoenix is rich with atmosphere, beautiful artwork and an intricate backstory. If you want to go on a lovely adventures journey, with mildly challenging HO games, this is for you.

  4. Story line was good, twist and turns were suspected, but popped at later in the game than you would expect. The graphics have improved although they were pretty good in the previous games. But why is the Empress alone? And now that this 3rd game has come out - I am really enjoying this.
