I've been playing them. The characters are believable as is the storyline. Unfortunately, this is Spring in Japan of the shortest games Mystery Tales: Her Own Eyes ever played of the several dozen Big Fish offerings I've tried. Game play was mostly very good. Add great graphics, well constructed puzzles and HOS, morphing objects and collectibles and I'm set for my weekend adventure! Since I play so many games and a lot at once, I love the capacity to go back and brush up on the story. It has many different types of hidden object scenes to cater to all of us. Thankfully, the actual perspective to each area was also drawn correctly, and realistically which is a huge bonus to me. Though I am not a huge fan of the standard type of mini games, this one has some great ones. They should pole the Big Fish members pertaining this. This is a fairly quiet game, but it does have it's great moments. The helpful messages are great. I so wish they would give us double the amount of HOS in a hidden object game. Because it's not here. I reviewed this yesterday and need to alter a couple of things. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by bessiegirl from Enjoyable game I really enjoyed this smooth flowing game. Many of us who are seasoned players hardly ever use the strategy guide but it is very helpful for those who are new to the genre. Colors are very clear and bright. Unfortunately, this is one of the shortest games I've ever played of the several dozen Big Fish offerings I've tried. The entire game has a paranormal flare, which I also loved. CE goodies are: 13 wallpapers that save to doc file. You feel compelled to investigate this mystery, after all, she did give you the gift of sight, and the bond between yourself and Freya might be the edge you need to solve this case where others have failed. The fact that all the areas of play, in bonus are new is not seen all that often.

You are recovering from a corneal lens transplant when you begin to have visions that concern you even though your doctor says Laruaville 4 is a normal adjustment after this type of surgery. There is also an old-school journal that contains your objectives as well as notes that you acquire while playing the game. The entire game has a paranormal flare, which I also loved. Thankfully, the actual perspective to each area Owb also drawn correctly, and realistically which is a huge bonus to me. The storyline is excellent--better than most. Good Strategy guide.

Mystery Tales: Her Own Eyes

You play a woman who received an eye transplant, and after the surgery, the ghost of a murdered young girl appears to you and guides you to Austria to investigate her murder. I would give this three stars but for the clever HOP presentation, the quality of the bonus chapter, and the amusing collectible stupid death files. This edition impressed me beyond my expectations with a unpredictable storyline. The story is captivating and the visual effects are beautiful!!!! It wasn't chapter 3 I was such a fan of in this game, it was chapter 5. Maybe I'm sensitive, but that just seemed creepy. I'd like to see more from this developer, but it must be much more robust before I buy it. Colors are very clear and bright. Who is that man in the mist? I rarely skip any puzzle and a few were just too complicated for me even with the availability of the walk through. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by skullfun from WOW! There are Plus Sign inventory items to tinker with and a whole slew of Achievements to earn as well. Where is our intrepid heroine going on her journey to find answers? And with their help you can clearly see not only the world around you but also the spirits of the dead!

I reviewed this yesterday and need to alter a couple of things. If you choose the custom mode you can fiddle with various settings. I'm not sure why, but you will find Freya's special glasses that help you see past events anytime you come across a misty phenomenon, which helps you piece together the events. This is a excellent game! I don't leave reviews very often, but this game is so interesting. Seems to me, that time was spent to make the bonus really special. I finished the main game in about two hours, and the bonus chapter was another 45 minutes. After playing the Demo I immediately purchased, cant wait to play the rest of the game!!! The interactive HOPs can take a little time to complete. I like it easy breezy. The extras are nice, but just that--extras. Not to mention this adorable little bird sitting in a nest. There are Plus Sign inventory items to tinker with and throughout the adventure, you will collect notes that for some reason are scattered about Freya's hometown. I so wish they would give us double the amount of HOS in a hidden object game.

Even though this storyline is similar to a few really good movies of the past, I think it's a first for the gaming world and very refreshing. The premise is intriguing, and not too "over the top"! In the bonus you had a dog with his snack so he wasn't barking. There are Plus Sign inventory items to tinker with and a whole slew of Achievements to earn as well. There were 9 more mini games, which I played them all except 2. I love the fact that we have a storyline that is a bit different than the normal fare we receive. The pictures are realistic and well done. I even liked some of the games even if I'm in it for the Hidden Objects. It feels like you are on a mountain side on a moonlit night. The map teleports and makes it easy to figure out where an action is available. The Mini Games are in abundance, but nothing too difficult to figure out. Excellent animations, color and graphics. It has many different types of hidden object scenes.

  1. I really liked the puzzles especially guiding the boat. I don't leave reviews very often, but this game is so interesting. No glitches I found.

  2. It only took me a few minutes of the one-hour-trial to understand, what an amazing game this was, i had to buy it right away. The tasked jump map is a work of art by itself, especially in the gorgeous location of Chapter 5. They should pole the Big Fish members pertaining this. Since I play so many games and a lot at once, I love the capacity to go back and brush up on the story.

  3. Great graphics, music wasn't annoying, HOS's varied in their style. This is a long game, and most actions to accomplish are logical or easy to intuit. After the surgery, when you encounter a scene that glows or has a mist, you pop on your magic glasses lower right to "see" in "her eyes" the message the ghost is trying to communicate about her murder. I hope there are more. This is a fairly quiet game, but it does have it's great moments.

  4. Each Chapter has its own mini-storyline like Reincarnation series, the Redemption Cemetery series, and the house of door series. HOS were interactive and included some morphing which was a good change. Towards the end there is one with a Beaver that is so adorable. And with their help you can clearly see not only the world around you but also the spirits of the dead!

  5. IMHO the game is creative and very entertaining and it is one I have been waiting for since playing the beta. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by skullfun from WOW! Love games with this series of Mystery Tales!! The puzzles are thought-provoking but not impossible - just right. Story stayed on track and the HOS and puzzles were not so disruptive that you lost track.

  6. I like smooth flowing games. There is one with a Beaver that is so adorable, and one with a raft in chapter 5 that were favorites. I always get the Collector's Edition so I got to collect Austrian things and they gave you info on them.

  7. There were a few weird things, like having to search the dead girl's house right in front of her mom. The extras are nice, but just that--extras. The glasses are continued in bonus play too. A few of the HOS make you find all morphing objects in order to open the list of objects to find. The Mini Games are in abundance, but nothing too difficult to figure out.

  8. Good deal for your money. Where is our intrepid heroine going on her journey to find answers? If I have any complaints, it's too short. Such a fascinating story!!! The end itself was just a perfect, neat little bow placed on this perfect package!

  9. In the bonus you had a dog with his snack so he wasn't barking. I definitely would recommend this game: kept my attention and challenged my brain. The map teleports and makes it easy to figure out where an action is available. I thought that was a blast and sadly, funny.
