The HOS are quite fun - each one is unique. This is made by the same peeps who create those Christmas games we look forward to every year. The mechanics in this game run very smoothly. Date published: Rated 5 out Collectora 5 by dragonmaster Editioon it was fun and challenging too it was the best mystery game i've played in a while. If I hadn't used the hint button I would never in a million years Editioh guessed what to do. Great work team. Old-In amusement park 3. We have come along way since then but I don't think all the extras were standard at that time. Collectibles: Flowers as usual and I am not complaining.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Majestyx12 from I wanted too see the beginning of the Surface Series Wow, what a great older game. Kudos to this team! They no longer use live actors, which is a shame, the characters look cartonnish.. Surface has done it again folks, and something tells me that Alone in the Mist has just scratched the surface of what's to come! Each flower you collect helps to unlock Characters in the Secret Room, and each Character will have a special favor to ask of you which sounds kinda creepy yet intriguing. Excellent graphics, music and voiceovers. There are lots of cutscenes so if you don't like them, you might not like this game.. The mechanics in this game run very smoothly. Music: I especially love the music at the main menu in the game, and the in game music really adds to the creepiness factor. If you want an easy game with collectibles I would recommend this game. So off you go on a search for them, and when you step outside you get another surprise. For some unknown reason when the WishMaster appeared in the main game I got goose bumps!

Thank Collectlrs again!! I loved everything about this jewel Date published: I admit the last few The Mahjong Huntress games haven't been so great. Because after the end of SE, there is no way to go back Out of this world gaming experience!

I wouldn't play this game without the guide. But I like how the game goes smoothly and fast with no unnecessary actions. I was quite disappointed but this time I think they are trying harder to deliver better games. First and foremost, you hear so many people complain, and you obviously put SO MUCH love, sweat and tears into these games in hopes to please us. The reason being is like in the beginning of the game if you don't get the one on the birthday card, you will miss it. In the game your collectibles are 60 flowers. I love all of the Surface games, they have such detail and beautiful artwork put into them. There are lots of cutscenes so if you don't like them, you might not like this game.. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by SparkleGlow from Mystery, bad-genie and tea-parties! I didn't have a problem getting around. My God is this team busy! Click on an item to use it. This team couldn't of done any better with it. The items in the scenes were not your typical easy to find stuff - some yes - but most were clever and pretty cool. Contains spoilers

The graphics are excellent and, at least on my computer, are crisp and clear. Changing from Turtle room to Rat room to Monkey room to Eagle room. And on the story goes. But I like how the game goes smoothly and fast with no unnecessary actions. The storyline actually seems to be a departure from the other games in this series and that is okay with me; although I am wondering why this one actually turned out to be a Surface game when it would have been an excellent addition to that other series. One final note A friend of yours comes over and asks if your parents are home and you find out neither are hers or any other kids in the city. But I started playing games before this came out so I don't mind it in old games. It has it all. People, please don't take apart the vice grip! On the Journal Map: emeralds show your current location, question marks show areas to explore and you can jump to a previously visited location by clicking on it. Would love to see a sequel with as strong art direction as Drawn.

For some unknown reason when the WishMaster appeared in the main game I got goose bumps! This was also the first HO game I've played where items in your inventory are necessary to complete some of the HO scenes E. I don't know how in the world they conceived this one! Total gameplay for SE around 4. On the Journal Map: emeralds show your current location, question marks show areas to explore and you can jump to a previously visited location by clicking on it. I didn't have a problem getting around. Where have all the adults disappeared to? But daylight isn't turning out any better that the night, everyone, her parents included, has disappeared without a trace! This is deff worth the collectors edition for all of the bonus content. The mix of beautiful visuals, music and videos draws you in further and further into the game, to the point where you eagerly trying to finish a puzzle to find out what happens next. I had to leave and come back to the hops several times and had more than one started at a time. One would think looking for your lost kid would be boring but not with this unique storyline. It started out old looking but got better and better as I progressed.

  1. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by KathyC from Enjoyable game I really enjoyed this game. Rated 5 out of 5 by Majestyx12 from I wanted too see the beginning of the Surface Series Wow, what a great older game. A nightmare of an orphan girl named Allie Rice who becomes your worst nightmare in real life. I only skipped one - and that made me want toplay it again in a few days and try to get through that puzzle!

  2. There are no permanent animal helpers, but there is one time you have to use a dog and she leaves after. In hidden object scenes the names of items to find are listed across the bottom of the screen. Elephant Games is one of my favorite developers and this time they come back with another Surface game. Your clock reminds you it's your birthday, and you just turned sweet

  3. There are Achievements to earn and Plus Signs on some of the inventory items indicating the need for further interaction before the item can be used such as combining that item with another inventory item. I have specified which areas are old and you are replaying an area, or new which is new gameplay. Between this team and another team, we won't be in a short supply of games, that's for sure! In the beta version the only 'gadget' you get is a camera that you take pics of codes, or whatever needs to be remembered. This is so obscure and wonderful, I can't describe it any better than other rave reviews.

  4. Great work team. Had no problems what so ever with this game on my Windows 10 PC. The Hops look analog and not HD but they are still Beauties.

  5. The mix of beautiful visuals, music and videos draws you in further and further into the game, to the point where you eagerly trying to finish a puzzle to find out what happens next. Collectibles: Flowers as usual and I am not complaining. I love these games that inject live action or real actors videos, adding a great experience to the already exciting adventure! Would love to see a sequel with as strong art direction as Drawn. I just wanted to take the time to let you know how great this game was-- and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

  6. You'll either have to go on with the game, or restart the game to collect it. This is a wonderful game with a good story and excellent thematic elements. I can't really fault the gameplay at all.

  7. One final note This Elephant game was challenging for me but you have to play this to experience it. Little orphan Allie, whose parents have also disappeared under mysterious circumstances, has somehow managed to gather all the adults to the orphanage, including your parents, and now they are gone! So it's almost 6 years old. It started out old looking but got better and better as I progressed.

  8. It wasn't enough, and it was frustrating. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by Anangelsprayer from Calling all parents It has so much to offer: original storyline, so much to do, great and challenging puzzles. Your clock reminds you it's your birthday, and you just turned sweet

  9. This was also the first HO game I've played where items in your inventory are necessary to complete some of the HO scenes E. But next time The items in the scenes were not your typical easy to find stuff - some yes - but most were clever and pretty cool. You collect coins for this console and play an action video game with sounds etc. It's the morning of Carol Evan's sweet 16th birthday, and she's glad to see daylight, that was a horrible nightmare she had last night!

  10. One would think looking for your lost kid would be boring but not with this unique storyline. I found that there was more mini games than H0GS, which I don't mind in the least. The mix of beautiful visuals, music and videos draws you in further and further into the game, to the point where you eagerly trying to finish a puzzle to find out what happens next.

  11. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by skullfun from Bobby has a twin and the Evil lord as well? This is a fantastic game to play and I wish the newer games could be this exciting instead of the usual boring storyline and gameplay. Out of this world gaming experience! I loved the weirdness in parts that had the crazy Alice in Wonderland tea-party feel. I am hoping to find a more complicated Rube-Goldberg type puzzle later in the game since our mammoth friends are very fond of those type puzzles.
