I know it's "just a cartoon", but it squicked me out a bit. Also, you get a bonus game that's very well crafted and fun as well. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by fireeyes5 from Great Game This game really kept me interested and just wanted to keep playing to see what happened. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by MWoodson from Great Flying Dutchman game This game has a number of substories which must be done in order. All in all, although not a game that really challenges, and with nothing new in terms of these types of games, the pleasure will be in the graphics, storyline and ability to complete for a lot of people. The only surprise is the ending of the bonus section and it is worth a laugh. The only negative thing I have to say, spoiler alert , and this is being a bit nit picky, is that you have to lure a mouse into a mousetrap to get it into your inventory, the mousetrap kills the mouse, then you have to feed it to a snake. One exception is a true Hard Mode, which you don't see every day. The only surprise is the ending of the bonus section and it is worth a laugh. The characters are scary and also fun. Fair amount of back and forth, but logical. Thanks Big Fish for giving us this winner Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by aussieali from Great Game This is my first review and the first time I've liked a game enough to bother writing one. Great Storyline, kept me interested. Hidden objects scenes are not to difficult and fun to play. And the bonus game was almost harder than the game itself and it also was a good length.

Make sure you look around and see what is going on the background - a dolphin and a koi are quite nice to see! There are 8 chapters with a bonus one. The graphics are lovely and the story puzzles make sense. The puzzles are easy which may be a plus for those who just like to enjoy the journey through the story and finish the game themselves. Highly recommend this game!!! I so loved this game, love the graphics, beautiful scenery, very interactive, HO's not frustrating, had to look to SG a few times. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by lvd from Pirates, Aarrggh! Fair amount of back and forth, but logical. I hate buying a game and having it finished in two hours. It seems you're a young adventurer on your way to visit a sailor friend named Michael. I'd definately recommend this game and if a sequel ever comes out altho it didn't really look that way from the end of the bonus game I'd buy it without even trying the demo. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by fireeyes5 from Great Game This game really kept me interested and just wanted to keep playing to see what happened. Most games don't go there, and I always appreciate an extra challenge. This game totally caught my attention!

I loved the hint lobster - kept asking for hints just to see him dive into his shell! Length was just right, bonus was over an hour and added a satisfying ending. The only surprise is the ending of the bonus section and it is worth a laugh. Lots of fun games, lots of hidden object puzzles and the length of the game was excellent. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by MWoodson from Great Flying Dutchman game This game has a number of substories which must be done in order. I played it twice in a row and am starting my third play just the next day. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by MissCathy from A great pirate game! The graphics are attractive as well. I know it's "just a cartoon", but it squicked me out a bit. Lots of fun games, lots of hidden object puzzles and the length of the game was excellent. Highly recommend this game!!! You'll need a sharp pair of eyes and a good head on your shoulders to navigate this hidden object adventure and battle the Flying Dutchman. The scenes are not hard and for some may seem too cluttered.

Finding items along the way to do things such as open doors, cook meals etc is quite easy and you are able to use items quickly so you do not have to travel back and forth trying to remember what goes where. The bonus play was very well done also and right along the story line.

Props to the developers for creating a lovingly-crafted pirate paradise, which is a refreshing break from the usual spooky mansion. Great Storyline, kept me interested. Nothing is done out of order so the Manual was invaluable the first time.
