The Little Mermaid became Marina Lloyd, a girl in the hospital with leg and back problems who was bound to a wheel chair. The puzzles where good. She went to a doctor who was really a glamoured Huntsman sent by the queen to kill the princesses. The archives ended up being lost however, which required the use of fan-created materials for reference. Also, the hunter chasing the princesses down in the real world just dropped out of the game completely and the Queen who took over Fairyland did as well. The Mini Games are fairly easy, none seem to be frustrating either. Please do play the demo before making up your mind. Some you could skip others you just had to endure. Though familiar with the fairy tale characters, it was a different story, which was a nice change. They ruled Fairyland with kindness and benevolence. Bad stuff: This is not the Surface we've come to expect from the series. I love fairy tale like games!

The following are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter during the demo, an a few memorable games after the demo: 1 Match the fairytale character to the logical diagnoses by swapping characters. Review based on demo only: This is a pretty, and a pretty easy, game. Marina Lloyd is a character in Surface 9: Lost Tales. Date published: Rated 2 out of 5 by che3ep2 from More puzzle than hidden object This is really more puzzle than hidden object-m matching pairs, fix the difference, etc. Every night, she dreamed about her real life as a mermaid. The voiceovers are well-acted. I liked the idea of finding the torn pieces of the pages and bringing the missing princesses back to the Fairyland. I felt it was bit short.

It isn't until she visits a psychiatrist that turns into the White Rabbit of Alice In Wonderland, that she learns the real truth, she isn't Cindy Allen, she is a Princess from Fairyland! Something a little different. The ending was good concept but very abrupt and could have been elaborated on more. That ridiculous grinning Cheshire Cat agrees to join the princess on this amazing adventure, and he sure can talk up a storm! Since there was five princesses on the Council I expected to do five of their stories not just three. Those American twangs are too much sometimes and it puts me off. It was different from the other hidden object games. When you get all the parts of the page you move on. Too much moving from scene to scene and having to guess where you needed to go.

  1. He may turn out to be a helper animal after the demo. The Book of Fairy Tales was almost stolen from the magical land and there was a tussle during which the book lost some pages. This did that but just too short.

  2. Meanwhile, Cinderella, who became known as Cindy Allen, was experiencing hallucinations. Scenes just seemed to pass by very slowly. I enjoyed the storyline - five princesses who seem to have been replaced by imposters and Fairy-tale land is failing bigtime.
