I also liked that I didn't have to fix every inventory item in order to use it, and most locations gave you more than just one item towards what you'd be needing to continue the game play. The character list was short, so that removed a lot of complexity of keeping track of who's who. You are a traveling Gypsy and your wagon contains everything you need to "find" Agnes, and help those in need along the way. She has to gather seeds to grow her herbs and use these and other items she finds along the way to create potions from her book of recipes which she dose from her caravan. This game had some length to it too which is so important if you are to become immersed in it. I barely noticed the time passing by since the flow of the game is so smooth and gripping. Although the gypsy voice is unnecessary and annoying. The plot line was pretty good. My favorite were the HO scenes that were a real mix. I did use the hint a few times when I couldn't figure out where something was or just didn't see an item, but for the most part it was easy to follow along on where to use different inventory items. I really enjoyed it and will end up playing it again in the future. I was impressed by the fact that each character in the game had its own unique personality, the puzzles while relatively easy had different difficulty options, the music and voice overs were great.

Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by mariekje71 from loved it!!! This game is one to own! I liked the Gypsy-as-herbalist aspect, it contributed to the game without being horrendously tedious in what had to be gathered to create and make potions. I have yet to check out others in the same series, but maybe next time our Gypsy "Finder" could have an animal "familiar" as a helper! I spent a very enjoyable rainy day with it, and loved every minute. Very cool. Graphics wise, it improves on the first game. I wont say anymore other than great story, great graphics and voice overs, and a lovley soundtrack. Great puzzles, the herbarium, some shockingly macabre scenes, a really nice length, and just an all around really enjoyable game. BUT since they seemed to be gone The graphics and scenes were great. Not a whole lot of talking like the 1st game Thank God.

I loved the one that was a storybook and Farm Mania 2 the find five things to do with witchcraft, weather etc. The graphics and scenes were Zumas Revenge. Both the HOs and MGs are interesting, challenging but feasible even without a guide or walkthrough. I loved it. Inside Vamplre wagon is your herb garden which will need The Jolly Gangs Spooky Adventure with seeds that you will find during your investigation. People's lips move when talking. You use inventory items in Bsthory of the combo. I did use the hint a few times when I couldn't figure out where something was or just didn't see an item, but for the most part it was easy to follow along on where to use different inventory items. Legende: allow anyone to discourage you from playing this really good game--especially yourself. The mini-games are not too hard but not too easy and the bonus chapter is a must play! This in and of itself compelled me to go further. I wont say anymore other than great story, great graphics and voice overs, and a lovley soundtrack. All Collectorx all? All in all, I recommend this game. I just loved making all the potions!
We found the graphics to be a little old-fashioned and washed out, although this is an improvement upon the graphics of the first game. As in some other games, our detective who is a gypsy by the way has her wagon in which she can create potions by finding seed packets and then watering them to use with recipes. Despite the out-dated graphics and basic gameplay, the strong story and the chilling mood kind of compensate those. Although only bearing partial resemblance to the true Bathory story. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by tutortime from Excellent Game! The setting is Hungary and Elizabeth Bathory is evidently a powerful vampiress who has abducted several young ladies. Two thumbs up! While the voice acting is hit and miss, the story that unfolds is actually fairly compelling, providing a few twists on the well-known historical tale and bringing a great sense of cinematic camp to it all. The story line is still gripping from the outset. Developers have done a tremendous job with improvements to this one. She uses herbs and potions to aid her in her quest, she is also classed as a 'Seer'. A lot of the visuals look grainy, the interface can be clunky and sluggish, and it's also glitchy in a strange way Make sure to play the bonus chapter!
The puzzles were not very creative either, but they did come with a Picross BonBon Nonograms range of difficulty. Presentation wise, Vampire Legends 2 is a little unusual. A wonderful spooky game without Ancient TriJong the ugly broken furnishings or empty rooms full of bugs. We found the graphics to be a little old-fashioned and washed out, although this is an improvement upon the graphics of the first game. Therefore I was initially intrigued by the opening cut scene which illustrated a victim whose neck was bitten and a bit of a blood trail shown. It might be because the flow of the game was so smooth that I barely noticed the time passing by that to me is the sign of Tradewinds Classic perfect game!!
Not sure about the negative reviews on this one. Most of the scenes require you to toggle between the object list and the inventory list, you may have to use matches from your inventory to light a lantern to get a lit lantern! I just loved making all the potions! The game seemed a bit glitchy with long load screens, and sometimes the hint button led you to the wrong place. Other than thes extras to the game you have the standard puzzles you have to solve and 3 different types of of hidden object puzzle. The character list was short, so that removed a lot of complexity of keeping track of who's who. How messed up was she? We meet some folks along the way, a monk and an innkeeper during the demo, and we are tasked with procuring items beneficial to these people. I do recommend the game, and I will play this one more than once. If only the other characters did likewise I spent a very enjoyable rainy day with it, and loved every minute. This game had some length to it too which is so important if you are to become immersed in it.
